Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We do hope you're loving the Bursting Balls you've ordered!

Note that we do not accept returns on any opened products. If you received the wrong flavor, if your order arrived damaged or if it is in unusable condition, please reach out to us right away and we will be happy to assist you. Please include your order ID and your reason for return in the email.

Credit for your returned merchandise will be processed once the product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing and 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your credit card. Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
